By accessing or using the website at sheboyganconcretecompany.com, or by hiring Sheboygan Concrete to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page.
Sheboygan Concrete is a concrete contractor serving Sheboygan, WI and surrounding communities. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, and related concrete services. All work is performed by or under the supervision of our team. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Sheboygan Concrete are based on information available at the time of assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate visit, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during project execution (such as buried debris, unstable soil, or unmarked utilities). Any changes to the agreed scope will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.
Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written, signed estimates constitute a binding agreement.
Project start dates are estimates and subject to change due to weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any scheduling changes.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred, as specified in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to delay or postpone work due to weather conditions that could compromise the quality of the finished product. Concrete work requires appropriate temperature ranges, and we will not pour in conditions that risk the integrity of the slab.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or contract. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your place on our schedule, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate. Payment is due in full upon completion of work unless a written payment plan has been agreed upon. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
In the event of non-payment, Sheboygan Concrete reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a mechanic's lien on the property in accordance with Wisconsin law.
Before work begins, you are responsible for:
You are responsible for locating and marking private underground utilities that are not covered by the public Digger's Hotline service. Sheboygan Concrete will call Digger's Hotline before excavation but is not responsible for damage to private lines not identified prior to work.
Where required, Sheboygan Concrete will apply for necessary permits on your behalf and will factor permit fees into your written estimate. You authorize us to make permit applications related to the agreed scope of work. It is your responsibility to inform us of any homeowner's association rules, deed restrictions, or other non-governmental approvals that may be required before work can proceed.
Sheboygan Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty period and specific warranty terms will be described in your written agreement.
Warranty coverage does not extend to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheboygan Concrete's total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Sheboygan Concrete is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or costs of alternative accommodations arising from a project delay.
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, Sheboygan Concrete makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of any project or the fitness of any work for a particular purpose beyond what is described in your written estimate and these terms. Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes.
If a dispute arises between you and Sheboygan Concrete, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication. You agree to contact us at contact@sheboyganconcretecompany.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to address your concern before pursuing any other remedy.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sheboygan County, WI, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution process in writing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.
